What I do
My role now is Consultant Financial Adviser and Aged Care Financial Planning Specialist. This means I advise to several amazing clients who have been with the business for many years. I also look after clients and referrals to negotiate the complicated financial and emotional world of aged care.
The business of Integrity Wealth has grown from my accounting practice which I inherited in 1992 from Warwick King, my first business partner. Many of the clients have been with the firm since those times.
During the years, I have worked with Mark and Samara and the Integrity team to build a business that offers all financial services to ensure our clients have financial freedom. Peace of mind happens when you have financial freedom. This makes it easier to then make the right decisions for your life and those that are near and dear.
This is what I’m passionate about – helping people achieve whatever they dream for their life.
Outside of Integrity, I volunteer for Oxfam Australia around world poverty and fairness. Also, I am on the Committee of Community Living Assn Inc an organisation at Nundah that helps people with a learning difficulty to negotiate for a dignified life.
For fun, I’m a Laughter Yoga Leader and most Saturdays you will see me in New Farm Park using laughter as an exercise to unwind the stress
of daily living. I also love travel and learning and have fun combining the two for example spending a week in Madrid with a family to
improve my Spanish.
I am also passionate about Women’s Leadership and in 2017 published the book Women As Leaders – The World Needs You – A Practical Guide.
